Meet Jane Dennis, Director of Training.
Jane Dennis is a people professional with experience and expertise in developing and embedding Human Resource and L&D strategy, workplace policy and procedures, performance management and leadership programmes.
Jane spent many years in various corporate managerial and leadership roles, focusing on organisational development over the last twenty years.She has driven solutions and managed change programmes across the globe, responsible for design and delivery of training programmes for over 10,000 people.
Her BA studies in Humanities focused primarily on Philosophy of The Mind which incorporated psychological, philosophical and neuroscientific theories of consciousness, emotion, language, imagination and creativity. This learning, coupled with an MSc in Positive Psychology and significant first-hand experience, ensures Jane has the theoretical and practical understanding to deliver world-class development solutions.
Whilst living in Southern Europe, Jane produced and presented a popular prime-time TV show and other international TV projects. She has also published a young adult novel which she uses as part of her wellbeing learning solution to children in schools.
As an accomplished Coach, Trainer and qualified Laughter Therapist, Jane uses positive psychology to promote flourishing and wellbeing in the individual.Book a free strategy call
Meet Andrew Piper, Associate Trainer & Coach.
Andrew Piper has been a professional actor and voice artist for 16 years, having trained at the prestigious Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and is a professional speaker and positive existential coach, with an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology from UEL.
He has appeared on TV, in the West End, and toured internationally, co-edited ‘Actor’s Yearbook’ for Methuen/Bloomsbury for two years, is a guest lecturer in drama at Staffordshire University, and teaches well-being at London’s Actors Centre.
Before becoming an actor, Andrew worked in IT, writing project databases for clients such as London Underground (managing the tendering process for a £1.2bn procurement project), and Marks & Spencer, when they needed to track the progress of 200 suppliers moving over to a new warehouse labelling system. Andrew therefore brings a unique blend of technical, analytical, creative, and psychological skills to any project.
He is based in East London, and is co-parent to Sherlock, a very energetic Parson Russell Terrier.Book a free strategy call
